Shipping

When will my order ship? We get orders out within 2–4 business days. Once it's on the way, you'll get tracking info straight to your inbox so you can watch it head your direction.

How long does shipping take? Standard shipping lands in 3–7 business days depending on where you are. Orders over $75 ship free — no code needed.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy? If it's unworn and within 30 days of delivery, we'll take it back. No hassle, no runaround. We want you to love what you ordered.

Do you offer exchanges? Absolutely. Wrong size, wrong item — reach out and we'll get it sorted. That's what good company does.

Sizing & Fit

How do your products fit? Most of our pieces run relaxed and true to size — built to be worn comfortably wherever the weekend takes you. If you're between sizes and want a looser fit, size up.

Do you have size charts? Yes — every product page has sizing details so you can order with confidence. When in doubt, check the chart or reach out and we'll help.

Product & Care

How should I care for my gear? Wash cold, tumble dry low, skip the high heat. Treat it right and it'll look good for a lot of weekends to come.

Are your pieces pre-shrunk? Most items are pre-shrunk or designed to hold their shape with proper care. Follow the wash instructions and you're good.

Where are your products printed? Right here in Wisconsin at Furlong Design Studio — the same print shop where Backroad Weekend Co. was born. Every piece is printed in-house by the same people who designed it.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order? If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to make it happen. Reach out as soon as possible through our Contact page and we'll get on it.

Do you offer discounts or promotions? We keep things real — no constant sales or promo codes. But if you join the Backroad Social Club, you'll be first to know when something drops or a special offer comes around.
